Meet Our Children's Staff
Larry & Lesley Tackett
Larry and Lesley Tackett will be working with the children’s ministry this summer. They have served as youth pastors and Sunday School teachers at House of Prayer in Morehead, Ky., for over two decades. Larry leads worship at the church, and Lesley teaches at Farmers Christian Academy. They LOVE kids and all of their unique, God-given traits and cannot wait to serve this ministry this summer!
Carol Wambach
Carol Wambach comes to us from Levittown, Pa. She has served in several positions in children’s and youth ministries over her lifetime, including camp ministry, youth groups, VBS, and Sunday School. She looks forward to being part of the children’s ministry team at Peniel…to teach, listen, encourage, to play, and to remind each one that they are made in the Image of God and to be a missionary everyday wherever they are.

Jason & Lora Cambell
Jason and Lora Campbell previously served as Directors of our Children's Program at Peniel for over 10 years. The Campbells are missionaries with One Mission Society (OMS) and work with kids year round showing them that they can be missionaries too!
Children's Program Volunteers
Each year we are blessed to have people volunteer to help in the morning and afternoon children's services. Our volunteers assist with teaching the motions to songs, crafts, games, and much more! If you are interested in volunteering for our 2025 encampment, stay tuned as we'll be releasing more information soon!
